BJP, VHP main hassels in Ram mandir issue- Santosh

Ayodhya, July 15 (UNI) Charging the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) with playing with Hindu sentiments, Uttar Pradesh Hindu Shivsena president Santosh Dubey today said BJP and VHP were solely responsible for the delay in erecting Ram mandir at the controversial Ram Janambhoomi here.

Mr Dubey said BJP initiated 'Ram Andolan' to attain power in UP, whereas VHP wanted to earn money in the name of Ram mandir.

Lambasting the two political parties for their mala fide intentions, he said both had duped the Hindus and played with their religious sentiments.

He further alleged that for BJP Ram is nothing but a medium to attain power and earlier, both the so-called Hindu Parties had ignited violence and distruction in the Ram nagari for personal motives.
