AGP comdems political use of CBI against Mayawati

New Delhi, Jul 14 (UNI) The Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) today criticised the Centre for politically using the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) against Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati in a disproportionate assets case.

Party General Secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Birendra Prasad Baishya in a statement issued here today strongly condemned the Centre for using the CBI politically against the UP Chief Minister in a case which came to light only after the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) withdrew its support from the UPA Government.
