Rs two lakh looted from a businessman in Samastipur

Samastipur, Jul 12 (UNI) Armed criminals looted Rs two lakh from a businessman under Mufassil police station area in the district today.

Police said the miscreants looted the cash from Dinesh Kanodia on Mohanpur road when he was returning after collecting his dues from a poultry form owner. They also managed to escape from the spot after committing the loot, police added.

Raids were being carried out to nab the criminals and recover the looted cash from them, police said.
