'Alekona' wins Maharaja's Cup (Grade-II)
Bangalore, Jul 12 (UNI) Fourth favourite 'Alekona' ridden by jockey Suraj Narredu and trained by M B Mangalorkar easily won the Maharaja's Cup (Gr-II), the main event of the races held here today.
The winner is owned by Mrs Tripti Kohil and M/s Srinivas Shankar and M B Mangalorkar.
Mr Mangalorkar scored a double. Three favourites obliged punters in a card of eight events.
