Zoom Developers bags Rs 425 cr bypass project

New Delhi, Jul 11 (UNI) Zoom Developers today said it has bagged a Rs 425 crore order for construction of a four-lane bypass road project in Bhopal.

The order is for construction of the four-lane Bhopal bypass road project on Built Operate and Transfer Basis (BOT) at the cost of about Rs 425 crore, a company statement said.

The project, which is 52-km long, will start by the end of 2008 and is expected to be completed in the next 18 months, it added.

The project involves piling work, construction of sub-structure, super-structure, bridges and approach roads supported by RE walls and other allied works.

Zoom has won this contract in competition with 13 other bidders, which included C&C, Keti Constructions, PNC Infra Tech, ESSEL Infra Projects, and Valecha.
