HSIIDC invites bids for allotment of site for banks

Chandigarh, Jul 11 (UNI) Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HSIIDC) has invited bids from scheduled commercial banks for the allotment of site for bank building on lease at Industrial Estate, Rai (Sonepat).

Interested parties would be required to deposit one months lease rental as bid money by way of demand draft in favour of HSIIDC payable at Panchkula alongwith the bid, a spokesman of HSIIDC said.

The highest bidder would be required to deposit three months lease rentals as security deposit (non interest bearing), within 15 days of acceptance of bid.

In case, the highest bidder was unable to deposit this amount, the bid money already deposited by him will stand forfeited, he added.

The spokesman said that sealed bids should reach to HSIIDC office, Panchkula on or before July 28.
