Farmer commits suicide as his name was not in the loan waivers list

Bidar, Karnataka, July 10 (UNI) Disappointed over his name missing from the loan waivers list, a 60-year-old farmer committed suicide by consuming poison at Tamabhag Village in Bidar District of Karnataka last night.

Police said today that Madhavarao Jadhav had taken Rs 45,000 loan from Krishna Grameena Bank and Rs 50,000 on his wife's name. But when his name was not found in the 'loan waivers list' he took the extreme step in life.
