Kidney scam accused Dr Upinder referred to PGI Chandigarh

Ambala, Jul 9 (UNI) One of the accused and accomplice of the infamous kidney scam kingpin Dr Amit Kumar, Dr Upinder was today referred to PGI Chandigarh from Civil Hospital Ambala City where he was admitted after he complained of chest pain yesterday.

Dr Upinder complained of chest pain in the Ambala Jail yesterday and was referred to the civil hospital by the jail medical officer for treatment.

He is facing charges of removing kidneys of innocent people at his nursing home at Faridabad.
