Ex-gratia relief of Rs 12.58 lakh to militancy-affected families

Srinagar, Jul 9 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir government has sanctioned ex-gratia relief of Rs 12.58 lakh in favour of militancy-affected families in the south Kashmir district of Kulgam, official sources said today.

They said the District Screening Committee has sanctioned Rs 4 lakh in favour of next of kin of four people killed in different militancy related incidents in the district.

They said Rs 5.18 lakh were sanctioned in favour of 6 property damaged cases while nine injured persons were sanctioned Rs 3.40 lakh.
