Rains bring respite and temprature takes a plunge
New Delhi, Jul 7 (UNI) Rains in the late afternoon today brought the much-needed respite to Delhiites as the day temprature plummeted by two degrees Celsius.
The Weatherman said the National Capital received 27.1 mm of rain. Winds blowing at 10 kmph brought down the humidity level.
The maximum temprature was recorded at 33.4 degrees Celsius, which was three degrees below normal. The minimum temprature was 26.1 degrees Celsius, two degrees below normal.
The Met office has predicted generally a cloudy sky in the next 24 hours with isloated rain or thundershower.
