Best City Infra to set up 5-star hotel in Bhatinda

New Delhi, Jul 7 (UNI) City-based Best City Infrastructure India Pvt Ltd (BCIIPL) today said it will develop a five-star hotel in Bhatinda, as a part of its Rs 600 crore 'Best City Center' project.

The project, expected to be completed within a span of two years, will include a mall, a four-screen multiplex, an entertainment zone spread over one lakh sq ft, a hyper market spread over the same area, food courts and three-four anchor stores, a statement said.

''The mega-project will be developed by city-based local architect 4th Dimension under the technical consultancy and design support by Singapore-based architect firm TEAM 3,'' Best Group Managing Director Harjeet Singh Arora said.

The hotel, with 150 rooms, will have a three-tier multi-level car parking to accommodate 1,000 cars.
