3 Delhi universities Among 21 declared fake by HRD

Srinagar, Jul 6 (UNI) The Union Ministry of Human Resources Development (HRD) has declared 21 varsities fake, an official spokesperson said here today.

Twenty-one fake universities including three in Delhi are functioning in all corners of the country, according to official sources.

Uttar Pradesh has the highest number of 11 fake universities followed by Delhi three and one each in Lucknow, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Bihar, Nagpur and Kanpur, the sources added.
