Gavai leaves Bihar to take charge of Kerala
Patna, Jul 5 (UNI) Mr R S Gavai today relinquished his gubernatorial office of Bihar to take charge of Kerala in the same capacity.
Mr Gavai was given a ceremonial guard of honour at Patna airport before boarding an aircraft for New Delhi en route Kerala.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Assembly speaker Uday Narain Chaudhary, many ministers and government officials were present at the departure ceremony.
Kerala's Governor R L Bhatia has been asked to take charge of Bihar.
