Man kills wife, surrenders before Cops with her head

Vijayawada, Jul 4: In a tragic incident, a man suspecting his wife's behaviour beheaded her here last night and later surrendered before the Kuchipudi police.

Police sources told the sources that the accused Y Venkata Ramana, from Ayyaki in Movva Mandal of Krishna District, working as an assistant in Help Hospital, killed his wife Lakshmi with a sickle. Later, carrying her separated head in a sack, he surrendered before the police.

Meanwhile, on hearing the news of the death of his daughter-in-law Ramana's father died of shock.
