Srinagar Jul 4 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir police today claimed to have arrested a top commander of Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) in the central Kashmir.
Superintendent of Police (Ganderbal), Abdul Razak Khan said on specific information Police arrested Battalion Commander of HM Showkeen Khan.
The militant was active in Akhal Kangan area from last six years and was involved in many militancy-related incidents.
