Goods worth Rs 1,24,000 stolen

Nashik, Jul 3 (UNI) Some unidentified persons broke into a house here and fled with goods worth Rs 1,24,000.

The persons broke the door of the house of Arunkumar Mishra, a resident of Tidke Colony, yesterday, when the family members had gone out for some work, according to the police. The thieves looted gold and silver ornaments, mobile handsets and other valuables worth Rs 1,24,000 and escaped, police said.

A case has been registered with Ambad police and further investigations are on.
