DEd students protest against CET for jobs
Mumbai, July 3 (UNI) DEd students, belonging to the Vidyarthi Bharati organization, today gathered around the main gate of Mantralaya building here, shouting slogans and holding banners against the policy of conducting Central Entrance Test (CET) before giving jobs to them.
The agitators threw coins on the Mantralaya gate and said, ''This is not Mantralaya but a Paisalaya!'' Police, however, took prompt action and prevented the students from entering Mantralaya premises.
