Ctrl S Datacenters gets ISO 20000 certificate

Hyderabad, Jul 3 (UNI) Ctrl S Datacenters Ltd, a pioneer in tier IV data centres today announced that it had received ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO/IEC 27000 certificates from BSI India, the subsidiary of the British Standards Institute.Ctrl S became the first data centers in the country to get these certifications.

These certificates validate that the service and security managements of Ctrl S adheres to the highest standards, according to a press release here.

ISO/IEC 20000, introduced in December 2005, is the first international standard for IT service Management, which incorporates the best practice guidance contained within the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and others like ITSM and Microsoft Operations Framework.

Ctrl S CMD Sridhar Reddy said, ''We have been following the best practices and providing the services of highest standards to our customers. In fact, we are the only Tier IV data centre in the country. This makes it clear how serious we are about our business and concerned about our customers needs.
