Three women killed in landslide

Bellary, Karnataka, July 2 (UNI) Three women were killed when land caved in on them while they were collecting iron ore on the outskirts of Hospet town in this district today.

Police said the women were trying to dig out iron ore from a roadside ditch and were killed when earth caved in on them.

The deceased were identified as Rangamma (20), Yellamma (60) and Sheshamma (60), police said.
