Three labourers died in sleep while taking rest in railway room
Panaji, Jun 29 (UNI) Three labourers from Orissa were found dead in the restroom of Caranzalem railway station near the famous Doodhsagar waterfalls, under the South Westren railway division, in South Goa early today.
Police suspect they could have died due to suffocation as they slept with burning coals in the tiny room for keeping warm. The bodies were sent for post-mortem.
The victims were identified as Ashok Parikh (32), Manjo Narsinha Kandu (21) and Sardesia Naik (35). They were on contract job of track maintenance.
