Three get death sentance in kidnapping and murder case
Aurangabad, Jun 28 (UNI) A local fast track court of Mr Baidhyanath today sentenced to death three persons in conection with kidnapping and subsequent murder case.
The accused - Kameshwar Singh, Arjun Singh and Upendra Singh - of Jharkhand had abducted six-year-old nephew Tejpratap of former RJD MLA of Navinagar Bhim Kumar Yadav and killed him on September 30, 2006.
Earlier, two other accused had already been given capital punishment in the same case by another court.
