Militants ''apologise'' for blast
Imphal, Jun 28 (UNI) The People's Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) Cobra Team has ''regretted'' for triggering the blast at Ningthoukhong Bazar in Bishenpur district on Thursday in which 12 people, including two children, were injured.
The PREPAK claimed that one of its cadres, on hearing some individuals speaking against the proscribed outfit, threw a bomb which exploded.
The militant organisation also ''pleaded for pardon and assured not to repeat such act.'' Meanwhile, a large number of youth and civil society organisations and political parties condemned the bomb attack at Ningthoukhong Bazar.
