50-year-old woman gangraped in Sadar Bazar

New Delhi, Jun 28 (UNI) A 50-year-old shopper from Haryana was today gangraped by two men in Sadar Bazar area of North Delhi.

The woman, who had come for shopping to Sadar Bazar, was lured by two commission agents to a secluded spot in the market and raped, said a senior police official.

''Both the accused, Pawan (22) and Suresh (35), have been arrested.'' The shops in the area had not completely opened when the two lured the woman for getting her good stuff at cheap rates and raped her on the stairs at an isolated spot nearby, he said.

They were arrested after a report was lodged by the woman and she was medically examined.

Both the accused lived nearby in a rented accomodation.
