3 night guards injured in Singur

Singur, Jun 28 (UNI) Three night guards were injured near Tata Motors project site following a clash with villagers last night.

Singur Police Station Officer-in-Charge Priyobroto Bakshi today said the incident took place when a group of about eight nightguards, manning the Tata Motors project site, was assualted by villagers at Bajemelia.

However, no arrest had been made so far, he added.

The injured night-guards later lodged a complaint in the police station.
