Two people died in a road mishap
Belgaum, June 26 (UNI) Two people were killed on the spot and three others injured when a truck hit the road side tree near Macche, in the outskirts of the city today.
Police said that the dead have been identified as Chandrashekhar Rangappa Dasar (35) and Bhimappa Satyeppa Lankennavar (30), both from Tondikatti village in Ramadurg taluk.
The truck, bound for Khanapur from here, dashed against the three when the driver lost control over the steering.
The injured were admitted to Government Hospital.
