One gets death sentence in Banka
Banka, Jun 26 (UNI) A local court today awarded capital punishment to a person in connection with a murder case.
Justice S S Chaudhary of the fast track court awarded death sentence to Toti Yadav after he was found guilty of killing one Ram Lal of Belatinuma village under Belhar police station area in the district.
Yadav had lobbed bomb on Ram Lal killing him on the spot on October 8,1992.The convict is a resident of Mahapur village under Jhajha police station area in Jamui district.
