Nagarahole and Bandipur National Parks opened for public in July

Bangalore, Jun 26 (UNI) Nagarahole and Bandipur National Parks in Karnataka will remain open for public from June 30 to July 31.

Earlier the authorities had announced the closure of both the Parks during the above period as it was the mating season for wild animals.

Chief Conservator of Forests (Tiger Project), in a release here today, said that a decision to keep open the Parks for tourists was taken since the matter of closure was still under discussion with experts.
