Six wounded in firing

Amroha, Jyotiba Phulenagar, Jun 24 (UNI) Panic gripped Hasanpur area of the district after two groups of people opened fire upon each other over a minor issue today.

According to police, altogether six persons sustained injuries after both the groups resorted to firing and stone-pelting.

The wounded were recuperating in a hospital.

Meanwhile, posse of policemen have been deployed on the spot to avert any fresh violence.
