Inventus Captial eyes to invest in India

Bangalore, June 24 (UNI) Inventus Capital Partners, a Silicon Valley based venture firm, today announced its readiness to invest in India extending venture capital in the range of US Dollar one to ten million each to 15 to 20 early-growth companies.

Founded with a team of four experienced venture investors, including Kanwal Rekhi, the well known entrepreneur and mentor, Inventus sought to extend its track record of successfully supporting and mentoring entrepreneurs both in the US and India.

Speaking to reporters here, Mr Rekhi said Inventus was formed to harness the company's unique combination of operating experience and mentoring skills to further catalyse India's entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Inventus co-founder John Dougery said the company had successfully backed entrepreneurs for over a decade.
