3 die after sand ladden truck overturned in Kanpur

Kanpur, Jun 22: Three people were killed and five others sustained critical injuries, when a sand ladden truck in which they were travelling overturned near Sarandi, here today.

Police said the accident occured as the axle of the truck broke down and the vehicle overturned thereafter. The truck was coming from Kanpur Dehat after loading the sand.

Three died on the spot, while five have been admitted to the goverment hospital here in critical condition.
