TNAU offers certificate courses in horticulture
Tiruchirapalli, Jun 21: The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) will offer two certificate courses, 'Nursery Technology for horticultural crops' and 'Landscaping in horticulture' under the open distance learning programme, a release said here today.
The release said the Anbil Dharmalingam Agricultural College and Research Institute here would function as a study centre for these two courses. The two courses of six month's duration each and fee Rs 1,500 per subject, would commence in July, it added.
Horticultural experts of the institute would be the resource people, it added.
The Director, Open Distance Learning, TNAU, Coimbatore could be contacted for application and prospectus, it said.
