16 sites of Urban Estate at Samrala fetch Rs 39.03 cr
Ludhiana, Jun 21 (UNI) Sixteen sites of Urban Estate Sector 32 and 32-A at Samrala have been sold for Rs 39.03 crores against the reserve price of Rs 15.52 crore, which is 151 per cent higher.
GLADA Chief Administrator Manashvi Kumar today informed that in the auction of commercial sites and booths, which held last evening at PUDA/GLADA office, the highest bid was Rs 2.75 lakh per sq yd.
against the reserve price of Rs 1.10 lakh.
"Total 118 bidders had participated in the auction of these prime commercial locations and exceptional response during the auction of each property was witnessed," Mr Manashvi Kumar said.
