UHBVN extends Voluntary Disclosure Scheme
Chandigarh, Jun 19 (UNI) The Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam has decided to extend the Voluntary Disclosure of Unauthorized Load Scheme and Out of Court Settlement of Pending Court Cases / Arbitration Cases upto July 31.
The schemes will be available for domestic, non-domestic, tubewell and industrial consumers.
Giving details, a spokesman said here today that the applicants of domestic and non-domestic categories, desirous of getting their load regularized, will not be required to submit a test report upto an extension of 20 KW of load.
The extended load shall be regularised by the Nigam without charging any penalty. The extended load would be considered as regularized with immediate effect after completion of the official procedure. The applications pending for seeking regularisation of load would also be covered under the scheme.
The procedure of regularisation of unauthorized load of AP tubewell consumers has been simplified under which the willing consumers would be required to submit an application and agreement form.
They need not submit any terms and conditions form or affidavits. The applicants will have to submit a test report alongwith advance consumption security.
The industrial consumers would be required to pay the requisite advance consumption security and the service charges for the extended load.
