Prospects for Third Front in TN bright: Saratkumar

Pudukkottai, Jun 19 (UNI) All India Samathuva Makkal Katchi (AISMK) founder and actor R Saratkumar has said that the prospects for the formation of a Third Front were bright in Tamil Nadu.

The Front, sans the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) and the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK), would emerge in future, he told newspersons.

Questioning the rationale behind snapping of ties by the DMK with the Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK), he said the DMK had utilised the PMK for garnering votes on the pretext of the Democratic Progressive Alliance (DPA).

The AISMK leader termed as 'regrettable,' the elimination of Pudukkottai Lok Sabha constituency under the delimitation excercise.
