No clean chit to Rajesh Talwar in Aarushi case: CBI

{image-aarushi-talwar case_19062008.jpg news.oneindia.in}Noida, Jun 19: CBI refused to give clean chit to Rajesh Talwar, accused of killing his daughter Aarushi Takwar and domestic help Hemraj.

The judicial custody of Dr Rajesh Talwar, Aarushi's father, ended on Thursday and he was produced in a local court by the CBI. The court, at its sitting in Ghaziabad town adjacent to the national capital, asked the CBI to furnish the case diary to enable it decide on the bail plea. While demanding his custody for one day, the investigating agency told the court that it wanted to conduct a polygraph test of Dr Talwar on June 20.

Meanwhile, in a related development on Thursday, CBI sleuths detained the domestic help of the Durranis, Rajkumar, for questioning.

Dr Anita Durrani and Dr Praful Durrani are family friends and professional associates of the Talwar couple.
