Manipal Housing Finance earns net profit of Rs 1.64 Cr

Manipal, Karnataka, June 19 (UNI) Manipal Housing Finance Syndicate Limited (MHFSL), promoted by public sector Syndicate Bank and Manipal Group, has earned a net profit of Rs 1.64 crore, registering a 34.43 per cent growth.

MHFSL General Manager K K Ammannaya, in a release here today, said the total profit during the year, including the surplus of the previous year, was Rs 2.07 crore, recording a growth rate of 39 per cent. The total housing loans disbursed by the company had risen to Rs 100.99 crore, up by 18 per cent, while the NPA had decreased to 1.26 per cent from 1.47 per cent in the previous year.

He said the earning of the company during the year was Rs 11.42 crore, registering a growth rate of 34 per cent over the last year.
