Bihar to be a knowledge hub soon: Nitish
Patna, Jun 19 (UNI) Reiterating the commitment of NDA government to transform Bihar into a ''knowledge hub'', Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has said the state government would open an India Institute of Information Technology(IIIT) centre in the state capital.
Speaking at a function, organised to mark 121st birth anniversary of Late Anugrah Narayan Singh here last night, the Chief Minister said '' We are making every bit of effort to convert Bihar into a knowledge hub. Referring to the ongoing efforts on new educational institutions, Mr Kumar said the K P Jaiswal Institute had identified about 40 villages near the Nalanda University for its revival as Nalanda International University.
