Sujana Towers buys 51 pc stake in Mauritius firm

New Delhi, Jun 18: Power and telecom towers maker, Sujana Towers Ltd today said it has bought 51 per cent stake in Mauritius-based Telesuprecon Ltd, which executes telecom infrastructure projects in east and central Africa. The Hyderabad-based company will subscribe to new equity shares issued by Telesuprecon, which is in advanced stages of negotiations for securing contracts worth 40 million dollars to be executed over the next 12-21 months, the company said in a statement.
