Stalin arrives in Chennai from London

Chennai, Jun 18: Tamil Nadu Local Administration Minister M K Stalin arrived here from London early today by a British Airways flight after a nearly fortnight long treatment for his back pain.

A couple of close relatives were present at the airport to receive him.

Following the treatment, Stalin, also the Deputy General Secretary of the DMK, could not attend the party's first-ever Women's wing conference held at Cuddalore on June 14 and 15.

Stalin was earlier scheduled to arrive yesterday, well in time for the DMK high-level meeting to decide on its ties with the PMK, but he could not make it as he was delayed in London.
