Rajesh Exports net up by 46.8% at Rs 48.93 cr

New Delhi, Jun 18 (UNI) Rajesh Exports Ltd today said its net profit increased 46.8 per cent to Rs 48.93 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 33.33 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.

The total income also surged 40.7 per cent to Rs 2525.40 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 from Rs 1794.64 crore.

The Company's net profit zoomed 103.9 per cent to Rs 206.56 crore for the year ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 101.28 crore in the same period last year.

The total income increased 25.7 per cent to Rs 8667.09 crore for the year ended March 31, 2008 from Rs 6893.39 crore in the same period a year back.
