3 killed in truck-tanker collision in MP

Gwalior, Jun 18: Three people were killed and 24 injured when a mini-truck collided head-on with a tanker on Agra-Mumbai National Highway, 15 km from here, police said today.

The injured were admitted to the Jayarogya Hospital.

Shriram Jatav, Maniram Jatav and Pawan Brahman, residents of Uttar Pradesh's Aligarh and Agra districts respectively, were boarded the mini-truck.

Additional Superintendent of Police Anil Singh Kushwah said the mini-truck carried 30 labourers and was on its way from Bhopal to Aligarh when a tanker en route from here to Shivpuri collided near Nayagaon.

The labourers were employed in the suburbs of Bhopal and were on their way home.
