Reference rate fixed at Rs 42.92 per USD, edge up by 2 paise
Mumbai, Jun 17 (UNI) Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for US Dollar at Rs 42.92 per unit, up by two paise from its yesterday's rate of Rs 42.90 per USD.
The reference rate for Euro was quoted 67 paise up at Rs 66.66 per unit, against yesterday's rate of Rs 65.99.
The exchange rates for Pound and Japanese Yen against the Rupee were quoted high at Rs 84.4816 (83.7687) per Pound and Rs 39.79 (39.59) per 100 units respectively, data received by Reserve Bank of India stated.
