Man commits suicide in Punjab

Fatehgarh Sahib, Jun 17 (UNI) A man allegedly committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at Bassi Pathana town, police here stated.

As per reports,35 year old Surinder Pal was rushed to the PGI Chandigarh after he had consumed the substance.However he died on the way.

The police after post mortem handed over the body to the relatives of the deceased. The relatives told the police that Surinder Pal suffered from mental depression.
