Hyderabad, Jun 17 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh School Education minister Damodar Rajanarasimha today said the government would not cancel the Government Order (GO) 76 issued to introduce CBSE syllabus in government high schools from sixth standrad from this academic year though the teachers unions and political parties were opposing it.
Addressing the press here, Mr Damodar said the introduction of CBSE syllabus in the government schools would help the students to face growing competition from corporate schools. There was no need to scrap the GO at all.
