CPM leader Surjeet discharged from hospital after week-long check-
New Delhi, Jun 17 (UNI) Marxist leader Harkishan Singh Surjeet was today discharged from the Metro Hospital in neighbouring Noida after a week-long check-up.
Dr Purushottam Lal, MD, Metro Hospital told UNI that Mr Surjeet was admitted with some problem in the lungs as he was having difficulty in breathing.
''The visit was part of his routine check-up.'' He was discharged today after his condition became normal, he added.
Last month too Mr Surjeet (92) had been admitted to the same hospital in Noida's Sector 12, where he slipped into coma owing to acute respiratory problems.
