Somnath Chatterjee to visit Bulgaria

New Delhi, Jun 16: A nine-member Parliamentary delegation led by Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee here today left on a five-day visit to Bulgaria.

The delegation will be in Bulgria till June 20. It includes Rajendrasinh Rana, Dip Gogoi, Silvius Condpan, Devidas Anandrao Pingle, Ravichandran Ayyulusamy and N R Govindarajar, all members of Parliament and P D T Achary, Secretary General of Lok Sabha. Abhijit Kumar, Director, Lok Sabha Secretariat is the Secretary to the delegation, a Lok Sabha secretariat release issued here said. During their visit, the delegation will have wide ranging discussions with the President, the acting Prime Minister and the Chairman of the National Assembly of of Bulgaria.

Mr Chatterjee will visit the Indira Gandhi School in Liulin and have a meeting with ''Friends of India'' Club at Sofia. He will also address and interact at Sofia University.
