Gemini communications acquires 51% stake in Veeras Infotek

New Delhi, Jun 16 (UNI) Gemini Communication Ltd today said it has acquired 51 per cent stake in Chennai-based Veeras Infotek Pvt Ltd for Rs seven crore.

The acquisition will extend GCL's network security and business continuity capabilities and will also increase the company's client base, a company statement said.

The acquisition will be added to the India revenues of Gemini, which now account for about 70 per cent of its revenues, he said.
