Former child artiste held in murder case

Thrissur, Jun 16 (UNI) Police arrested a former child actor in connection with a murder case here today.

Rajesh (20), presently an hotel employee, was arrested for allegedly killing his colleague Venugopal (43).

Police said Rajesh stabbed Venugopal in the stomach following an altercation with him on June nine. Venugopal succumbed to his injuries the next day.

He had acted in a number of Malayalam films, including 'Meesha Madhavan'.
