Cheryl Cole is no X Factor fan

London, Jun 16 : English singer Cheryl Cole admitted she prefers Strictly Come Dancing to the X Factor show - just days before she became one of the judges on the latter.

Cole is said to have stated her choice in an interview on the Paul O'Grady Show, where she was asked if she found Simon Cowell's hit the X Factor enjoyable.

"I'd rather watch Strictly Come Dancing," Daily Star quoted her as having told 53-year-old O'Grady.

It looks like the tables have turned on Cole, who is now one of the judges on the show.

"Cheryl's words have come back to haunt her. But she's a good sport and she will no doubt send herself up about it," a source said.

A spokesman for 24-year-old Cole has declined to comment on the incident.

"At the time she probably never thought she would sit on the X Factor panel," a fan added.
