2 killed, 4 badly hurt as car hits tractor-trailer

Madurai, Jun 16: Two persons, including a wealthy businessman, were killed and four seriously injured when the car in which they were travelling rammed into a stationary tractor-trailer at Vellamalappatti Village near Usilampatti, here late last night.

Police sources said the occupants of the car were proceeding to Dindigul when the mishap occurred.

The injured were admitted to the Government Rajaji Hospital, here.
